Alejandro Navia

Alejandro Navia is a Partner and the Chief Commercial Officer of Driftwood Capital, and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Navia leads international capital formation, investor relations, and distribution strategy across the firm’s platform of mezzanine loans, preferred equity, common equity, and EB-5 investment vehicles. 

With more than 15 years of experience in alternative investments, Mr. Navia has played a significant role in the syndication of over $1.5 billion to family offices and high-net-worth investors. Mr. Navia structures and executes cross-border solutions connecting international investors to U.S. real estate opportunities and maintains relationships with banks, family offices, and wealth managers across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. 

Previously, Mr. Navia advised family offices, local banks, and high-net-worth clients on more than $300 million in real estate transactions. 

Mr. Navia holds degrees in Business Administration and International Business from Florida International University and is a licensed Florida real estate broker.
