David Resnick

As Co-Chief Investment Officer and member of the Investment Committee, Mr. Resnick leads investment activities across both the credit and equity platforms, covering investment strategy, origination, underwriting and structuring, capital allocation, and portfolio oversight, as well as debt financing at the asset, fund, and corporate levels across all firm initiatives.

Prior to joining Driftwood, Mr. Resnick led the investments team at 13th Floor Investments as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions, underwriting, and portfolio strategy. He previously held roles at Gazit Group, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate investors, and began his career at LNR Property in special servicing and CMBS investing.

Mr. Resnick holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
