Dirk Woodworth

As Vice President of Finance, Dirk Woodworth works closely with executive management, acquisitions, development and lending teams across the investment platform to underwrite and structure new investment and recapitalization opportunities. He also interacts with accounting, asset management and investor relations teams to analyze the financial performance of the company, its funds and underlying investments. 

Prior to his arrival at Driftwood Capital, Dirk was the VP of FP&A at Turnberry Associates where he was responsible for corporate and asset level budgets and forecasts, as well as underwriting various acquisitions and development projects.  Previously he held positions at Scout Capital Partners and Rialto Capital Management.

Dirk received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Washington State University and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant. 

When not at the office, Dirk can be found outdoors with family and friends or attending one of his son’s many athletic events.
