Ed Gannon

As Senior Vice President of Operations – Luxury & Lifestyle Investments, Ed Gannon oversees the day-to-day operations of hotels within the Luxury & Lifestyle division, with general managers reporting directly to him. He is responsible for driving portfolio-wide initiatives focused on guest experience, financial performance, and team member engagement, while also supporting the investments team on new development and acquisition opportunities.

Ed is an accomplished luxury hotelier with over 20 years of experience leading world-renowned properties across the Caribbean, mountains, and urban destinations. He has held senior leadership roles with Four Seasons, Auberge Resorts Collection, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where he launched, rebranded, and revitalized iconic resorts and hospitality concepts. Most recently, Ed served as General Manager at The Inn at Little Washington, one of the most acclaimed culinary destinations in the United States.

Known for his strategic vision and operational excellence, Ed has a strong track record in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving financial performance, and building high-performing teams. His expertise spans complex F&B operations, spa and wellness, residential hospitality, and multi-outlet resort management. He has also contributed to the industry through board service in Napa, Jackson Hole, and Nevis.
