Glenn Wasserman

Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Wasserman is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Driftwood Capital, and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Wasserman oversees corporate financial strategy and firmwide financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, capital planning, tax strategy, and liquidity management across the firm’s investment platforms.

Mr. Wasserman works closely with the executive team to align capital allocation with the firm’s strategic growth objectives and leads financial oversight of its funds and operating platforms, including investor reporting, compliance coordination, and lender relationships. Mr. Wasserman also plays a key role in capital markets execution, supporting debt and equity raises, refinancing initiatives, and strategic transactions, while partnering with acquisitions and asset management teams on underwriting, portfolio performance, and risk management.

Mr. Wasserman has more than 25 years of experience in finance and real estate, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at GFI Capital Resources Group, a diversified full-service real estate company. Mr. Wasserman previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Denihan Hospitality Group and as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets & Strategic Planning at RXR Realty.

Mr. Wasserman holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
