Jingwen Tao

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Jingwen Tao works with the finance department where she is responsible for a range of FP&A duties that include budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, performance reporting, risk management and new initiative support. Her current focus is leading the implementation of Netsuite, a cloud-based ERP system that will streamline the company’s financial processes and provide real-time insights into the business performance. Her goal here at Driftwood Capital is to use her financial expertise and analytical skills to help the company achieve its strategic goals and maximize shareholder value.

Prior to joining Driftwood Capital, Jingwen worked at Resorts World Las Vegas where she was also Director of FP&A. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 

Jingwen was born in Beijing, China and has lived in the United States for over 20 years. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. When she’s not in the office, Jingwen enjoys spending her time working out, playing piano and shooting portraits of her baby.
