She has held senior leadership roles at Mosaic Hospitality, Sightline Hospitality, Highgate Hotels, and Kimpton Hotels, where she consistently drove revenue growth, elevated brand presence, and developed high-performing teams across major U.S. markets.

She brings deep expertise in group sales optimization, revenue forecasting, commercial planning, and brand development, with a proven record of success in hotel openings, rebrands, and repositionings.
