Martin Pinsker

As Vice President, Acquisitions, Martin Pinsker sources, underwrites and analyzes hotel acquisition opportunities, working on the full process from initial screening to desktop underwriting to deeper due diligence to execution of the transaction.

Pinsker previously served nearly a decade as Senior Director, Investments with Vancouver, B.C.-based American Hotel Income Properties. During his time there he executed on more than 25 single-asset and portfolio acquisitions with a total value exceeding $1.4 billion dollars. Prior to that, he served as a Financial Analyst at O’Neill Hotels & Resorts Ltd., also in Vancouver for two years, and as an Associate, Asset Management at TriMont Real Estate Advisors Hospitality in Atlanta, GA.

Pinsker holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, School of Hotel Administration. He enjoys travel, being outdoors and trying to learn something new every day.
