Mona Haghighi

As Director of Human Resources, Mona Haghighi is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits. She is also building out the firm’s community involvement program.

Before Driftwood Capital, Mona held similar positions at a hotel and at a law firm, where she worked for 15 years. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She holds a SHRM-CP certification.

Mona is truly a woman of the world: she was born in Iran, raised in Sweden, and has lived in the United States for 20 years. She is fluent in Farsi, Swedish and Spanish, and when she’s not helping to expand the team at Driftwood Capital, she can be found running, meditating, reading, or playing ping pong or basketball with her daughter.
