Nathalie F. Mc Gowan

As Chief Compliance Officer, Nathalie F. Mc Gowan, is responsible for corporate and regulatory compliance for Driftwood Capital’s investment adviser and private equity fund business. Before joining Driftwood, Nathalie was the Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance at Kaufman Rossin, where she assisted a wide range of clients with technology and regulatory compliance, as well as compliance program implementation and remediation. Prior to that, Nathalie was the Assistant Compliance Officer at a multinational alternative investment firm headquartered in Miami, FL.
Nathalie graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Philosophy and English. When Nathalie is not fostering a culture of ethical conduct, she enjoys volunteering, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
